We (Zak n' Kellie) are traipsing about the (world?) looking for the elements of what
the coffee shop experience should be. I think we're hoping that, given enough time and enough persistence, the Right Shop will smack us gently in the taste buds and chuckle, "Congratulations ... You've made it to
me."
Barring that, we aim to use our imaginations to cobble together all the best parts of all the best places, so (maybe someday) we'll know what
actually makes the perfect cup, in the perfect house.
